WSM is a small, family-owned and operated company. We buy, sell and trade, trucks, machinery and other types of heavy equipment. We can also locate specific items for customers who are having trouble finding the perfect machine for their needs, or simply do not have the time it takes to search for a great deal. CEO, Phillip Morris has more than 30 years of experience and still loves this line of work.

 

We created WSM to provide the highest level of customer service for those in need of buying, selling and/or trading heavy equipment, machinery, farm equipment, and other miscellaneous items. We seek to serve those who need assistance selling items and/or locating specific pieces. Our combined experience in the field and overall business sector qualifies us, and sets us apart from others in the industry. Phillip Morris

Phillip Morris was born and raised in North Texas, and has been working in the oil and gas and construction industries in various capacities for almost 40 years. He has significant experience working as a high-level consultant for companies such as Halliburton, XTO Energy, Range Resources, and S.M. Ferguson Jr. Inc. Phillip is a natural born entrepreneur and business consultant. Here at WSM, he specifically applies his expertise in the field by leading and coordinating contracts, securing deals, locating equipment, and managing and facilitating customer relationships. He is a strategist in providing unparalleled customer service and is dedicated to rising above mundane customer experiences and going above and beyond for our constituents.

Brenda Morris

Brenda Morris began her career in education with 15 + years of teaching at the middle school level. After years of exploration and growth, her entrepreneurial attributes began to flourish and she left teaching to pursue her entrepreneurial ambitions. As of 2004, she has co-founded and managed 3 separate businesses in the fields of oil and gas, construction, equipment trading, as well as trucking and transportation services. She adds significant value to our team with a keen eye towards management and operations. She holds a BS in Education from Midwestern University.

Melanie Morris

Melanie Morris has 6 + years of business development and entrepreneurial experience. Her expertise involves working with small businesses to establish best practices and solidify effective systems that provide the highest level of value for customers and business owners alike. She works with organizations and companies in both the private and public sectors to establish unique value propositions, business structures, sales models, strategy and marketing techniques. She holds a BA in International Business from the University of North Texas, and a dual master’s degree – MBA and MA in Sustainable International Development from Brandeis University.
